Nature Om̐ is a very innovative real estate development project located on the west coast of Costa Rica.

Nature Om̐ Real Estate markets the properties of Nature Om̐. Our agency has also established business partnerships with other agencies domestically and internationally, including Engel & Völkers. Nature Om̐ is also well represented on the web. The launch of the website and the opening of the first sales office is scheduled for February 2018.

In the Costa Ballena region, where our development projects are located and where the price of electricity is very expensive, there is currently a strong demand for new, modern, energy-efficient and already built homes, which is very rare, if any, currently not available in the region.

The southern region of Costa Rica’s west coast, however, enjoys sunshine throughout the year except during the rainy period, which lasts about two months with a 30% reduction in photovoltaic production. Our energy storage systems are designed based on these factors.

Currently a home with autonomous energy is already built and serves as a model. Due to increasing demand, other strategic locations are planned or reserved for our future developments.
